You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and account access. Notify Set You Free immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when handling customer data through the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may only use the Platform for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools or services. Availability may change at any time. Set You Free is not responsible for any limitations or performance issues related to these third-party integrations.

The Platform is designed for use in Australia. If you access the Platform from another country, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.

Use of the Platform for any of the following is strictly prohibited:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating Set You Free, its team, or other users

Sending spam or unauthorized marketing messages

Using bots or automated tools to access the Platform or its data

Uploading malicious software or attempting to disrupt Platform operations

Violation of any of the above may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Subscription Fees

Your monthly or annual subscription includes platform access, system hosting, and standard support. Optional feature charges (detailed in 4.2) are usage-based and billed separately.

4.2 Optional Feature Charges

Certain features within the Platform—such as phone numbers, text messaging, outbound/inbound calls, AI tools, email services, premium workflow actions, and third-party integrations—may incur additional usage-based charges.

These fees are not included in your setup package or base subscription and are billed in USD.

Charges will appear in the "Wallet & Transactions" section of your account. Some fees may not generate a formal invoice and will be automatically deducted from your account wallet balance.

You are solely responsible for monitoring your wallet balance, tracking your usage, and maintaining sufficient funds to avoid service interruptions.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of the Platform. Set You Free reserves the right to adjust pricing to comply with tax requirements.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

All setup and subscription fees are non-refundable. To cancel your subscription, written notice must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Ownership

All content, software, and tools within the Platform are the intellectual property of Set You Free Business or its licensors. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5.2 User Contributions

By submitting content (e.g. feedback, support requests, or feature suggestions), you grant Set You Free a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, or incorporate that content into our services.

5.3 Trademark Use

“Set You Free Business” and its associated logos and branding are registered trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 Platform "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Set You Free does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Set You Free is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

6.3 User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your use of the Platform, including any third-party integrations or communications with your customers.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Set You Free Business harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Set You Free

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any breach of these Terms or prolonged inactivity.

8.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account by submitting a written request to Set You Free. You remain responsible for fees due until the end of your current billing period.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your account will be deactivated and your data may be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration. You waive the right to pursue class actions or jury trials.

12. Entire Agreement

Fees:
